Job Description
Diversified is looking to hire for In-office Dispatchers to perform a critical role in assisting customers who need roadside assistance for a company in the North Austin area.
$16/hr.
SCHEDULE:-
Part time
- Weekends- Sat & Sun 12 hr. shifts
- 1PM-10 PM Shift or Overnights
- Willing to train on weekend/or overnight ONLY
Responsibilities:
- Dispatches roadside assistance requests in a timely manner to service providers using a variety of communication channels
- Answering inbound phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers.
- Escalates service issues, concerns, complaints and incorrectly created calls
Must be able to pass a minimum of 30 WPM. typing test and background check
