Job Description
SUMMARY
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Watchman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid drivers license, experience working in a security environment, and the ability to drive.
DUTIES
Patrol the property to deter crime and ensure the safety of residents and guests.
Respond to security incidents and emergencies.
Conduct security checks and inspections
Monitor security cameras and alarms.
Report suspicious activity to management.
Drive a company vehicle to patrol the property and respond to incidents.
Shift : Thursday-Monday from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM
REQUIREMENTS
Valid security guard license
1 years of experience working in a security environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma
