SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Support students who are academically at-risk in order to support them in their reading and writing skill development in their general education classrooms.
* Support and reinforce classroom teacher's instructional plan in order for the student to succeed in the regular program, attain grade level proficiency, and improve achievement.
* Collaborate with the teacher in order to reinforce and/or support the student in all Core Curriculum areas. Instructional support may be provided to students within the classroom or during small group sessions outside of the classroom.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Minimum High School Diploma or its equivalent.
* Must be able to pass Michigan and national background checks.
