EASY Care

Eanes ISD after-school care is looking for energetic passionate team members who enjoy working with students K-5th grade.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass a fingerprint and criminal background check.
• Prefer experience working with elementary-aged children.
• Hours: 2:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m., Monday- Friday following the Eanes ISD calendar. (Opportunity for extra hours 10-12 days for Early Release dates)
• Regular attendance is a must for the department to provide service to the students.
• Attend staff training 2-4 days yearly and quarterly staff training.
• Have transportation, a working cell phone, and a current email for communication with the program.
• Ability to lift 20lbs; work outside in heat and cold.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Shortlist of responsibilities:

• Provide supervision of elementary school children, using good management techniques.
• Provide a safe environment for children and encourage good health and safety practices.
