• Agent must supply a Laptop/Desktop PC with over 8g of storage, that runs Google Chrome browser, phone (landline or cell phone with unlimited minutes), and high-speed Internet (no satellite providers)
• The agent should have a dedicated workspace free of distractions and noise
• Flexible schedule (weekends mandatory), Open 24 hrs. Hours will be determined by business needs.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Technical competency and effective use of a PC required
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
