Position Title: Patient Access Representative

Essential Functions: Responsible for greeting visitors and obtaining information for verifying and accurately entering all vital information required for the treatment and billing of all patient types. This position requires insurance verification, collection of financial obligation when applicable, and entering all physician orders accurately in applicable software.

Requirements:

• The Highest education level, minimum High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Basic computer knowledge

Preferences:

• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Additional languages
• 1-2 years prior registration experience
