POSITION SUMMARY:
- Under the supervision of the Administrative Revenue Cycle Director and the Manager of Patient Financial Services, the Patient Accounting Clerk is responsible for managing incoming calls and mail processing and other clerical duties.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/License/Certification:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience/Skills:
- Two (2) years of clerical experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence if required
