Albion Staffing Solutions is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to work at a company in the Lauderhill, FL area.

Manages ongoing client staffing process, including:

• Scheduling staff for both new and existing client engagements
• Matching clients and Caregivers/Nurses to achieve compatibility to client and family satisfaction
• Managing staff absences to ensure that all shifts and visits are staffed as required
• Managing Caregivers/Nurses punctuality and schedule compliance

Managing Caregivers/Nurses performance and Customer Satisfaction, including:

• Gathering feedback on Caregivers/Nurses performance and customer satisfaction
• Managing on-going customer satisfaction, checking with client and family members for compatibility and compliance
• Resolving customer service issues
• Completing Caregivers/Nurses performance reviews at regular intervals
• Ensure clients file are up-to-date
• Any other duties assigned

Qualifications:

• Relevant work experience
• Bilingual a plus (Spanish or Creole)
• Prior health care, home care and staffing experience
• Great Phone Etiquette
• A demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and goal achievement
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
• Strong communication skills
• A strong sense of urgency
• Strong time management skills
