We have an immediate need for a Patient Service Representative II. This position provides an outstanding first impression of Holy Family Memorial as the initial point of contact for patients in a call center setting. Answers telephones, schedules patient appointments, registers patients, processes insurance information & co-pays as needed, and performs visit closure. May be responsible for other office support duties as needed.

Hours:

• 40 hours per week 1st Shift (7:00am - 5:00pm) Some Holidays required

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• Healthcare customer service & computer programs and/or completion of the Health Unit Coordinator program are preferred.
• Experience working in a medical office or medical receptionist setting is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to type minimum of 50 words per minute
• Excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment required.
