Responsible for the registration of all patients into the patient care system (both IMPAC and the TDS). Responsible for acquiring all referrals form patient's insurance, both for treatment and required tests, to assure proper reimbursement to hospital. Includes extensive clerical, scheduling and telephone tasks related to this process. Public relation skills are essential to this position. Variable work hours.

A quarterly bonus may be paid to eligible associates based upon organizational and individual performance.

What You Bring/Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• Computer Word Processing skills, Medical Terminology, Clerical (good punctuation, filing, grammar and record keeping skills), works well with people, and is able to multitask. Critical thinking skills.
• High School Diploma/GED, required.

Physical Requirements - Sedentary Work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert/lift up to 10 lbs. force occasionally
