CVS Health has an exciting opportunity to join our PBM Finance team as a Director, PBM Financial Operations - Member Experience. This is a newly created role to report to the Senior Director, Finance Operations, and will lead a team focused on driving operational performance and service excellence. This team will support the core member-facing finance operations within the PBM while working with enterprise teams to establish capabilities and processes that align with similar operations. The Director will have deep operational customer-facing expertise. You will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives. You will work with leaders across the organization to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collections - Lead Member Mail Copay Team to drive increased collections and focused service excellence
* Member Disputes - Lead Member Dispute Team to provide efficient and timely resolution to member issues pertaining to payments and billing
* Member Premiums - Lead Member Premium Invoice & Payment process to support designated Medicare Part D Plans
* Member Payments - Lead Member Payments Team to support all payment operations related to members including paper claims and claim adjustments

Required Qualifications
10 years of experience in financial or service operations
5 years in leadership roles

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare industry, including health insurance, PBM or pharmacy services
Experience in regulated industry and compliance environment
Experience with Vendor Relationships
Collections experience or other direct Customer-facing experience

Education
Bachelors degree required
