Duration: Contract (12 months)/Full time
Requirements:
The Pega System Architect with experience in design and development of Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Rules Engines (BRE) applications using Pega Platform. Support the development of SDLC deliverables for technical architecture components including system administration manual, operations manual, operations manual solution architecture document, etc. The resource will work with the team and client to document functional designs and work alongside the build team to capture design detail in the SDLC deliverables. The consultant will configure the system and support the build where necessary. Should be able to lead the business team in gathering requirements and choosing the best way to implement requirements leveraging the Pega system software capabilities.
Basic Qualifications:
Knowledge of Pega or other BPM software & functional design using tools.
l Working knowledge around DCO & requirement documentation.
l Able to tune the same requirements bit differently to avoid custom coding and make use of out-of-box features.
l Strong technical and communication skills;
l Presentation, flow charting, documentation expertise.
l Experience in creating system flow diagrams.
l Efficiency and Effectiveness of process and effective user experience.
l No customization & Low code mindset.
l Crisp Requirement documentation and communication.
l Able to quickly test requirements for readiness , perform show & tell with users.
l 3+ years of hands on Pega Development experience.
l 2+ years of experience leading Pega Development team.
l Hands on Design/Development experience in Pega Case Management required:
l Expertise in building Strategies, Data flows, Stage Based Case Management, Federated Case Management, System Management, Mobility, Data Management, Advanced UI features with Multi-Platform support.
l Expertise in packaging, migration and deployment of PRPC applications from one environment to another environment.
l Expertise in Designing and Developing the cross browser [IE, Chrome, Safari, Fire Fox] and cross platform [Desktop, Tablets and Mobile devices] compatible applications using Pega Mobility.
l Pega competency in the following areas.
l PEGA best practices, Integration Rules and guardrails.
l Pega organizational routing process.
l Integration (ex. Soap) and their error handing.
l Custom CSS and UI components.
l Reporting (ex. Report Definition).
l Data structure and concept of Data Pages.
l Declarative, Decision and Validation.
l Activities and Flows.
l Experience with Full Life Cycle Implementation Methodologies.
l Application design and configuration experience.
l Strong Pega Systems Product and Implementation Experience.
l Experience in web design and development using HTML and Java is required.
Skills:
* Knowledge of Pega software & functional design using Pega.
* Proficient in tools & techniques for capturing Business Requirements for Pega applications.
* Pega CPBA/CSA/CSSA/CPDC certifications.
* Adept in best practices on BPM development methodologies, process re-engineering, process modeling & Pega platform adoption.
* In depth understanding of PRPC tools & framework.
* Experience using Pega frameworks & functional design for medium to large scale projects.
* Exposure to a variety to technologies, including object-oriented techniques/principles, database design, application & web servers, not just Pega.
Keeping up-to-date with new Pega features.
* Understanding of Dev-ops.
