Job Description
The Clinical Pipeline Services Senior Analyst assists in providing strategic pharmaceutical pipeline intelligence and information to the CVS Health enterprise. This has the potential to be a full-time work from home opportunity.

As the Clinical Pipeline Services Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- maintenance of the RxPipeline database, both the functionality and the content
- daily processing of updates from WEB based subscriptions and appropriate public sources
- identification of key checkpoints for tracking, implementation, and production capabilities
- utilization of project management skills for forecasting, tracking, follow-up and quality control
- production of various pipeline reports for internal and external distribution, on a regular basis and as needed
- monitoring of shared team inbox and distribution of requests to other team members as appropriate
- maintenance of team metrics

The individual should posses the ability to communicate and work effectively with other teams at CVS Health such as web development/e-business, analytics, marketing, clinical management/sales, and account management. This will be to assure timely implementation, maintenance, and quality control procedures for internal and external users of the database. The position acts as support for clinical team members as needed for projects or coverage and for special projects for the larger Clinical Affairs department.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in project management or comparable educational training
- 3+ years Microsoft application skills e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
- Strong attention to detail, including editing for spelling, grammar, etc.
- Strong internet research and information retrieval skills
- Ability to assess information for relevant content and process accordingly into the team's deliverables
- Familiarity with biomedical terminology
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Pharmacy technician experience
- Masters degree or coursework in a relevant field
- Formal project management experience
- Experience in a managed care environment
- Process improvement experience

Education
Bachelors degree required, preferably in a science related field
