CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmaceutical Rebates Program Advisor to join our dynamic team! As the Pharmaceutical Rebates Program Advisor you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting growth for medical preferred drug strategies program. The management of drug strategies that drive to lower costs which includes the use of biosimilar medications is a key tool in lowering medical drug spend. You will support sales, operations, and implementations to drive CVS Specialtys preferred drug strategies which include: Low Net Cost, Biosimilars First, and Medicare B Stepp Therapy. You will be expected to develop a deep knowledge base of the management of medical manufacturer rebates and the processes at CVS Health to support the operations of the program. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing product support with the operations teams that manage client data consumption, transfer, invoicing, and payments
- Acting as the primary point of contact for our client account teams to assist with ad hoc requests and issue resolution
- Providing program support and tracking of key performance indicators

To be successful, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, collaborate across a matrix organization, inspire change, and build relationships enterprise-wide. Your time management, and organization skills will be tested, as you work to deliver results as a subject matter expert in a highly collaborative environment.

Required Qualifications
* 5 or more years of healthcare or similarly related professional experience
* At least 1 year of experience with the processes related to aggregating medical or pharmacy claims for invoicing manufacturers for rebates

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with health plan client management specifically related to supporting data exchange, financial reviews, and outcomes reporting
* Background in specialty pharmacy or home infusion including experience with specialty drugs, blood products, and monoclonal antibodies is strongly preferred
* Proven skills in Excel including pivot tables and graphing
* Access experience would be greatly beneficial

Education
* Bachelor Degree is required
* Equivalent Combination of education and experience may be considered
