Telework position. This position is responsible for member-facing clinical outreach to support Medicare Part D Stars initiatives. This position will coordinate, plan and implement quality initiatives for the clinical pharmacy team supporting Medicare Stars
-Oversee and execute on clinical pharmacy programs
-Coordinate strategies for increasing adherence
-Utilize motivational interviewing and health coaching to impact member behavior
-Work collaboratively with leadership and management to strengthen business and operational processes
-Ensure effective collaboration with internal and external matrix partners to support clinical programs

The hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 8:30am -6pm Pacific. This is a full-time position that will work during the hours of operation.

Required Qualifications
- Active pharmacist license that is in good standing
- 1+ years experience that includes at least 50% of time spent in clinical interventions such as - completing CMS compliant comprehensive medication reviews either face-to-face or telephonic, working in an ambulatory care or clinical setting with patient interactions/appointments, or working in a Medicare or other managed care environment focused around the improvement of the patient safety measures

Preferred Qualifications
-Knowledge of clinical program components, formulary designs, prescription benefits trends preferred
-Managed care experience preferred
-Board certification and residency preferred
-Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
