In this role, you will be a contributor to a team focused on intake and exception management workflow innovation for our retail pharmacy business. You will lead the valuation, training, pilot, deployment, and change management for enhancements to the pharmacy workflow experience. You will have the collaboration skills to improve our store teams, field leadership, and internal partners.
One of the essential projects that you will support will be the resolution of prescription issues in our retail pharmacies, including improving the colleague and patient experience related to action notes and automated calls and texts. This initiative is projected to improve the efficiency of our retail pharmacies while also maximizing patient access to therapy through resolution of prescription issues.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

* You will engage with multiple partners to agree on in-flight and new projects including other business owners, legal, regulatory, compliance, safety, IT, field leaders, pharmacy colleagues, product development, Digital and leadership
* You will prepare materials and presentations that can be easily understood by others who may not have the same background or expertise
* You will structure pilots related to process innovation including identifying pilot stores, determining measurement criteria, establishing timelines, and interpreting and communicating findings
* You will assess new opportunities to improve retail pharmacy workflow and the patient experience related to action notes, while also creating business cases that determine the value/risks associated with new processes and refining current processes
* You will be the business lead for projects requiring IT changes and support and serve as a clinical expert for projects requiring pharmacist / RxConnect workflow knowledge

Required Qualifications
3+ years of healthcare experience

Preferred Qualifications
* B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm.D
* Advanced working knowledge of pharmacy workflow
* Experience leading others (either directly or indirectly) and setting direction
* Excellent relationship management, team building, and collaboration within complex organizations
* Advanced Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and PowerPoint skills

Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
