CVS Specialty Pharmacy in Monroeville is seeking a SPAR Recovery Coordinator. The Coordinator is responsible for placing outbound calls to retail store colleagues to initiate the validation of medication receipt.
In order to be successful in this role you will update data base and timely follow through for monitoring complete transactions, communicate and build supportive relationships with store colleagues, use timely follow through and organizational skills to track shipments from delivery carriers and log the order as returned upon completion by Materials Management as well as manage the supply request tracker to document, print, prep and ship each entry. Other responsibilities can include managing (document, prep and ship) the supply requests from any inbound calls the Centralized Returns Team receives, as well as supporting the Centralized Returns Team with administrative functions and daily tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in customer service or specialty pharmacy environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Computer experience in a Windows based system.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
