This is a great opportunity to join our Physician Contact team In Phoenix. As a Pharmacy Technician you will be responsible for calling prescribers offices, research and review of prescription, accurately and efficiently reading, and/ or thinking through and solving escalated prescription issues. Through your skills and knowledge, you will offer solutions needed to help simplify the customer healthcare experience.

Required Qualifications
* Valid Pharmacy Technician license or Pharmacy Technician Trainee License
* 6+ months experience as a pharmacy technician
Preferred Qualifications
* Call Center Experience
* Ability to communicate effectively via email, IM Chat and Webex Meetings
Education
Verifiable High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
