Pharmacy Technician, Obstructive Sleep Apnea Program

Job Description
Work on an exciting new program at CVS Health (a Fortune 5 Company) supporting Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) services.

As part of this collaborative group of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians, you will deliver superior patient care for Sleep Apnea patients throughout their journey. Under the supervision of a Pharmacist, the technician will provide assistance with positive airway product navigation (CPAP/BiPAP), onboard patients to therapy, and conduct patient outreach. As you respond and process inbound and outbound calls via both scripted and non-scripted interactions, you will assist patients with their positive airway products (PAP) therapy needs, with a goal of maintaining and improving patient compliance to ensure a seamless experience at CVS Pharmacy.

Schedule: 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM Rotation

Required Qualifications
1 year of Call Center or Customer Service experience

Preferred Qualifications
-Knowledge of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and/or related work experience
-Experience working in call center environment
-Retail Pharmacy work experience
-Bilingual English/Spanish

Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
