Summary: The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for assisting and supporting the licensed pharmacist in pharmaceutical care by the provision of timely and accurate pharmaceutical services in accordance with professional standards and state and federal guidelines.

Requirements: Current/valid Pharmacy Technician Registration issued by the California State Board of Pharmacy. Previous hospital Pharmacy Technician experience preferred. Basic understanding of pharmacy-related medical terminology. Basic mathematical skills applicable to calculations of percentages and ratios involving pharmaceutical solutions and medications. Able to communicate, both written and verbal, in English. Familiar with basic computer skills and Pharmacy computer skills is preferred.
