Physical Therapist (PRN)

The physical therapist works with patients and clients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease or other causes. The physical therapist evaluates and treats patients under the supervision of a physician utilizing the parameters established by The Guide to Physical Therapy Practice and the Colorado State Practice Act. The goal of the physical therapist is to alleviate discomfort and restore function, provide education on prevention and wellness issues.

Education: Diploma from an approved program of Physical Therapy

Experience: Clinical training or past experience in orthopedic physical

Licenses/Certification: Must hold or be eligible for a valid Colorado State license. Maintenance of current CPR or BLS.

Compensation: $35.49/hr - $44.96/hr, depending on experience.

Benefits Eligibility

Medical, dental, vision, health care FSA, and dependent care FSA: All active employees working 40 or more hours per pay period are eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of active service. PRN staff are not initially eligible for benefits, and GVH follows all Affordable Health Care Act Eligibility guidelines.
