Education and/or Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced education or trade school certificate (PT Tech, PTA, ATC, personal trainer) OR more than 3 months experience in related fieldwork including anatomy, medical terminology, exercise
  • Current CPR documentation
