Duties: Provide comprehensive clinic.al care and expertise in an outpatient setting to patients with diseases and injuries of the human internal organ system. Order diagnostic tests, interpret the results, and order appropriate interventions, therapies, medications, and other treatment modalities, and establish preventive health practices for patients. Refer patients with serious ailments to specialist physicians. Collect, record, and maintain details of the patients medical histories, physical examinations, diagnostic test results, assessments, management plans, and treatment outcomes. Communicate with specialists and consultants and participate in multi-disciplinary conferences with the Case Management team to review each inpatients clinical, psychosocial, and disposition status. Participate in appropriate divisional, departmental, and institutional committees and activities

Requirements: M.D. or equivalent; completion of residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine; and license to practice medicine or eligibility for licensure in the State of Arizona.
