Job Description

Job Description
-Perform administrative and general office duties assigning new groups, triaging new group issues, working in Salesforce, and file maintenance as needed.
-Assign new groups for Plan Document writers.
-Influence change/enhancement to business processes, policies and system infrastructure to improve information quality, availability, and access.
-Participate in implementation of department projects as needed.
-Other duties as assigned, requested or required.

Required Qualifications
-1-3 years recent and related experience required.
-Ability to anticipate workload needs and to follow through with minimum direction.
-Effective time management, organizational and prioritization skills.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, SharePoint, Salesforce and Outlook applications.

Education
High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience
