Position Summary |
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional setting? If so, the College of Pharmacy - New Mexico Poison and Drug Information Center (NMPDIC) - is looking for a Temporary Poison Information Specialist to fulfill the following duties and responsibilities:
Located in the historically-rich southwest, the College of Pharmacy is part of the UNM Health Sciences campus and works collaboratively with the School of Medicine, College of Nursing, UNM Hospitals, and UNM Cancer Research and Treatment Center in the state's largest health complex. The New Mexico Poison and Drug Information Center (NMPDIC) is a major teaching site for UNM's College of Pharmacy and School of Medicine. For more information, go to http://nmpoisoncenter.unm.edu/ Assignment Details: Days & Hours: Hours and days will vary with some nights and weekends. Parking is the responsibility of the employee. Anticipated Start Date: TBD Projected End Date: 3 months from the start date with potential to extend up to 1 year. Parking Arrangements: Responsibility of the selected employee UNMTemps provides staffing solutions to UNM departments requesting temporary employees as positions become available due to a vacancy, when regular employees are absent, for peak work periods, and for special events. As such, UNMTemps assignments/positions may end with little or no advance notice. See the Position Description for additional information. |

Minimum Qualifications |
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. Certification/LicensureMust be eligible for licensure as a Pharmacist in the State of New Mexico. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
