Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the general supervision of the Director of Radiology, the Radiologic Technologist is responsible for the provision of radiological services to patients according to physicians' orders. Provides for patient safety and high quality testing.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
A. Graduate of an accredited or registered school of Radiology Technology.
B. Current registration with A.R.R.T. (American Registry of Radiologic Technologist) or registration eligible.
C. Certified by the Texas Department of Health.
D. Current CPR.
E. Previous experience in hospital environment preferred.
