Position Summary:
Under the general direction of the Clinical Director, Wound Care Center, the Registered Nurse is responsible for the coordination of on-going services among the patient, the patient's family, the health care team in the Hospital, and the Wound Care Center. The Registered Nurse facilitates the planning of care for patients with wounds to promote maximum benefits from available health care services to promote continuity of care. The Registered Nurse may provide direct patient care services or supervision of others in the pro-vision of these services.Experience, Education & Skills REQUIRED:- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing preferred. - Current licensure in Texas as a Registered Nurse.- Current CPR. - Two (2) years of staff nursing in an acute care set-ting or staff experience in a wound care or other clinic setting preferred.- Hyperbaric expereince is a plusEqual Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
