Practice Manager, Medical Assistant Lead (8 hours per week)

Our Practice Manager maintains efficient day-to-day operations, provides clinic coverage as needed, oversees and manages the daily operations of your clinic while assuring adherence to clinic/company policies and procedures, provides recommendations and follow up actions to operational inefficiencies.

Responsibilities for Practice Manager:

• This individual will assure clinic provider and staff have the necessary resources available to them, and that the quality of each clinic is standardized and consistent with OnSite Care's best practices.
• Recruitment of clinic support staff with Human Resources and to ensure that all of OnSite Care's practices have staff coverage.
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of all clinics while assuring adherence to clinic/company policies and procedures.
• Provide recommendations and follow up actions to operational inefficiencies.
• Assist with new program implementation.
• Coordinate training for all clinic staff.
• Coordinate performance review and counseling programs.
• Contribute to overall company growth and development.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for Practice Manager:

• Knowledge of EMR (we use e-Clinical Works).
• CPT and ICD-9/10 coding.
• Strong ability to gather, analyze and interpret information.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, excellent communication skills.
• Ability to cover in a clinical capacity as needed.
• Knowledge of EMR , Point of care testing, and injections including immunizations.
• Strong sense of customer service and excellent patient care skills.
• Phlebotomy skills
