Purpose of the Job
* Responsible for the review and approval of group and individual premium account reconciliations. Performing release of transactions in appropriate systems based on corporate release standards.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

LEVEL 1
* Review balance due and credit letters for accuracy and approve audits in appropriate system.
* Review and release premium refunds for group and individual business.
* Adhere to financial approval and departmental policies for approval levels.
* Approve and finalize VAT transaction overrides.
* Perform reconciliations on small group and individual member accounts in compliance with the Membership Billing Representative or Premium Billing Technician desk procedures.
LEVEL 2
* Perform Large Group Reconciliations using all methods of recon including compare, GPR and manual reconciliations for groups sized 1000+
* Perform all functions of a Membership and Billing Representative on assigned book of 100+ business.
* Back up Sr. Revenue Technician for termination and delinquent processes on group business.
* Perform in-depth review of all 100+ groups on quarterly basis.
* Main contact and coordinator for claims staff regarding aging paid to date issues.

ALL LEVELS
* Each progressive level includes the ability to perform the essential functions of any lower levels.
* The position requires a full-time work schedule. Full-time is defined as working at least 40 hours per week, plus any additional hours as requested or as needed to meet business requirements.
* Perform all other duties as assigned.
