Pricing and Network Product Innovation Senior Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity at CVS Health for a product network innovation role. As the Senior Advisor, you will be part of our Pricing & Network Product Innovation team which is engaged across all functions of our PBM operations with particular emphasis on delivering innovative solutions to our PBM clients. You will have the opportunity to use your strategic thinking and leadership skills to analyze business opportunities, solve problems, and present recommendations to leadership all in an effort to drive new initiatives to market, which will have a profound impact on the future direction of the healthcare industry.
As a Senior Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a team tasked with designing commercialization strategies for innovative products by coordinating network builds and proactively developing new network initiatives. Your primary focus will be on implementing and improving policies and procedures while operationalizing new network strategies to expand our program offerings to new and existing customers.
You will engage cross-functionally across the organization to design innovative solutions while developing value for members, clients, and the enterprise. You must be able to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
Additionally, you will use your superior strategic skills to lead network discussions with key internal customers such as Account Management, Network Services, Retail, Sales, and Underwriting.
The environment will be, at times, ambiguous and uncertain. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success leading in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to learn on the fly while understanding and solving new problems. It will require a high level of risk vs. reward judgment and initiative, while leveraging the appropriate subject matter experts to achieve results.
Required Qualifications
* 7+ years of PBM or Healthcare experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally and leading in a matrix environment
* High level of independent judgment and initiative
* Ability to produce results by working within established timeframes, deadlines, and understanding next steps
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines
* Exceptional communications skills (both verbal and written), with experience presenting to audience across all levels in an open and transparent way that quickly builds trust and respect
* Experience with spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software, including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Client-facing experience is a plus
Education
* Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
* MBA or other Advanced Degree
