This position will be a primary business advocate for all things promotions. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, energetic, and detail oriented who can meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. He or she needs to not only work self-sufficiently but also collaboratively with cross functional teams. The successful candidate will have a strong desire for understanding the promotional lifecycle; from initial objectives to post-campaign performance metrics.
Job Summary:
The Pricing & Promotions Specialist will be a primary business advocate for all things eCommerce promotions. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, energetic, and detail oriented who can meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. He or she needs to not only work self-sufficiently but also collaboratively with cross functional teams. The successful candidate will have a strong desire for understanding the promotional lifecycle; from initial objectives to post-campaign performance metrics. The Promotions Specialist will be responsible for executing all online and offline promotions to increase consumer loyalty to help meet the companys growth goals.
A Day In The Life:
Work in the ATG platform to schedule and detail out promotional assets
Perform data entry for all promotional details provided by the category management and marketing teams
Cross communicate with multiple teams to ensure promotional strategy is carried out accurately and efficiently
Communicate closely with site merchandisers to verify promotional placement is precise
Perform routine quality checks for all customer-facing promotional content throughout both online and offline channels
Act as key advocate to improve procedures, develop business requirements and provide constructive feedback at a strategic level
Quickly adjust to ever-changing promotional strategies
Who Are You?:
BA/BS degree preferred in fields of Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Business
2+ years of combined professional experience in related field or within same industry
Background in analytics and eCommerce a plus
Effective oral and written communication skills
Strong cross-functional skills
Strong aptitude for spelling and grammar; attention to detail
Ability to execute tasks with minimal direction
Strong aptitude for spelling and grammar; attention to detail
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite including: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in JIRA/Confluence is a plus
Experience and/or willingness to learn the ATG merchandising platform, research its capabilities and discover potential applications to help drive the business forward
Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results with quick turn around and strong personal accountability
Experience on a Shopify platform a plus
