As a Primary Therapist,
You will be responsible for assessment, diagnosis and providing clinical services for those with behavioral health needs, to include: providing individual therapy, working as part of the treatment team, ensuring continuity of care, facilitating appropriate interventions and providing coverage for groups, lectures and activities outside of assigned department.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field;
- Four (4) years post Masters degree experience in behavioral health field;
- Knowledge of the 12-steps
- Inpatient behavioral health experience preferred
Licenses/Certifications
- Eligible for State or National Licensure as a professional therapy provider
- Ability to obtain and maintain Fingerprint Clearance Card (if unlicensed)
- CPR and CPI/NCI certification (training available upon hire)
