Principal Architect, Network Connectivity Solutions

Principal Architect, Network Connectivity Solutions, Carnival Corporation (Miami, Florida). Responsibilities include develop IT infrastructure solutions, architect, design, development and delivery of ship to shore communications and data transport, global wide-area network routing, network security, cloud networking, data center networking to achieve and sustain world class Shipboard Communications and services for the Carnival fleet, as well as all shore side locations. Support cross-departmental collaboration and internal communications with staff throughout the organization and service providers while promoting a positive work environment that supports consistency and drives efficiencies.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or with network connectivity solutions. Less than 25% of shipboard travel (national and international) required. Hybrid remote/in-office work schedule available.
