Job Description
Zillow, Inc. is seeking a Principal Brand Strategy & Activation Manager, B2B for its Seattle, WA office.
Job Duties: Develop a deep understanding of our B2B audiences and competitive intelligence by partnering with Product Marketing and internal research teams to identify meaningful insights and ensure our brand positioning resonates and is differentiated. Author and maintain strategic frameworks that translate our brand strategy and architecture for teams to inspire and direct daily work, strategic planning and prioritization while maintaining consistent brand identity. Immerse with Product Marketing teams to understand their business context and complexity, in order to lead and influence brand activation efforts across the organization that accelerate business growth. In partnership with the Content Marketing team, operationalize the Brand Architecture, Naming Strategy and related frameworks to ensure org-wide clarity that translates to an improved agent experience. Work with marketing analyst and associated research teams to shape brand health measurement to ensure long-term brand goals are measurable and actionable. Telecommuting is permitted.
Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Marketing or Business, or a related field
Experience Requirements: Three (3) years of experience in each of the following:
" Leading external PR facing strategies
" Conducting market research, goal setting, message development, branding, channel selection, content creation, campaign execution, data analysis, and project management
" Re-positioning brand communications strategy
" Analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competition
