Procurement Analyst (temporary)

This position is a one year contract with possibility for permanence. With close to 100,000 items in TENAQUIP's catalogue and 350,000 sq. ft. of warehousing, our team of procurement analysts must viligantly manage and replenish stock in order to maximize efficiency.

• Regular maintaining of TENAQUIPs inventory turns & fill rates;
• Preparing purchase orders & notifying vendors of PO changes;
• Updating and maintaining delivery dates;
• Contacting vendors concerning on rate adjustments or shipment of incorrect materials;
• Verifying invoices for SKU discrepancies;
• Preparing various stock level reports;
• Contributing / Participating in weekly buyers meeting.

• French / English bilingualism;
• Proficient in MS Excel;
• Applied knowledge of inventory management, carrying cost, min/max, and logistics;
• Purchasing Management Association of Canada (PMAC) designation an asset.
