Job Description
The Advisor of Product Development on the Care Management Solutions team is a core contributor to the development, implementation, and management of new and existing care management product offerings. Our Care Management Solutions team manages a portfolio of enterprise solutions that provide tremendous value to our clients by building upon our unique CVS Health capabilities to deliver improved health outcomes and cost savings to our customers through quality care management. The Advisor of Product Development will drive meaningful change by contributing to the development of our core Care Management Solutions by identifying net new product enhancements, evaluating current product features, testing new solutions, and scaling existing offerings to reach further market penetration. This position includes both the planning and execution of novel product features that drive shared value for both our members, clients (e.g. Health Plans and Employers), and our Enterprise.

You will partner with other colleagues and leaders from across our CVS Health enterprise to drive change. Key stakeholders include: Finance, Analytics, Regulatory, Sales, Data Engineering, IT, and Legal to ensure that our products are successful throughout the product lifecycle. Additional scope may include business case development, clinical impact analysis, establishing and evaluating performance guarantees, product pricing, developing product reporting, managing product marketing materials, overseeing product roadmaps and strategic/technical builds, and sales support. You will own key workstreams from end to end to ensure the team builds and launches Care Management programs on time and within budget while executing upon our goals and Enterprise objectives.

Key responsibilities of the Advisor of Product Development include:
- Leading a small team and/or various workstreams to develop and enhance products while working with colleagues from all different areas of the company, and with external clients and/or vendors
- Serving as Complex Care solution SME for a variety of business counterparts and external business partners
- Being accountable for the end-to-end product management; monitor product performance and proactively identify and address client and member issues
- Delivering and inspiring superior strategic, operational, analytical, and business judgement across the product development lifecycle
- Developing business cases and clinical impact analysis, establish commercialization strategies for specific client needs, build technical and clinical program capabilities, provide sales support etc.
- Contributing to advancing digital strategies supporting our patients, clients and colleagues

**This is a work from home role and can be located anywhere in the United States.

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years working in strategy consulting, brand/product management, health care enterprise with knowledge of clinical services and patient care delivery and related industry acumen
* At least 2 years of work experience with demonstrated business strategy and organizational skills managing programs/projects/initiatives from an end to end perspective cross team/department with success

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with care management and population health solutions, especially solutions in the adherence, behavior change, diabetes, and hypertension fields
* Experience with product marketing management of healthcare solutions, especially relations with sales teams, conducting product differentiation research (both primary and secondary), and presenting new ideas to market
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to develop and deliver presentations to multi-level leadership and operational audiences
* Proactive ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to identify, analyze and solve practical problems; adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines
* Results-oriented; possess ability to set the right expectations based upon the timelines and workload of cross functional stakeholders; drive the project and keep others on task to meet goals
* Demonstrated leadership ability, able to develop cross functional relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

Education
* Bachelors Degree is required
* Masters Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare field is preferred
