In this high impact, individual contributor role, you will engage across the enterprise to design, develop and commercialize PBM specific product solutions that differentiate our organization in the healthcare industry. As a Product Innovation Advisor focused on networks, you will work cross-functionally with key areas of the organization to deliver on both new disruptive network strategies as well as to advance existing ones with new innovative approaches to deliver enterprise value. You will assist in the development and execution of strategic and tactical product plans, complex market analyses, identification of new product opportunities, and coordination of market and product research.
Responsibilities include:
* Engaging across the enterprise to design, develop and commercialize PBM specific product solutions that differentiate our organization in the healthcare industry
* Working autonomously on multiple projects according to priorities given by manager
* Assisting the Director in the development and execution of strategic and tactical product plans, complex market analyses, identification of new product opportunities, and coordination of market and product research within tight deadlines
* Presenting outcomes/findings/project plans/recommendations to upper management/senior leadership
To be successful in this role you will bring with you strong communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally across the PBM enterprise with partners that are likely in upper management as well as an inquisitive nature to know when and where to ask the right questions to move workstreams forward. This is a dynamic role where responsibilities and project priorities change often so keeping both a positive attitude and confidence that you know your role and subject matter inside and out will be a key to your success.
Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience within the healthcare industry, specifically supporting product innovation or a similar industry or focus, or experience in management consulting
Preferred Qualifications
* PBM Industry experience
* Willingness and ability to learn about new projects and problems quickly and "dive in" as needed
* Validated capability conducting and managing quantitative and qualitative analysis, with extensive attention to detail
* Strong relationship-building and influencing skills to champion effective and efficient cooperation across the team and the organization
* Strong understanding of project management processes and tools.
* Highly developed communication skills to present issues, recommendations, and implementation plans to senior management
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
* Experience developing PowerPoint presentations
* Strong Excel background and interpretation of data
Education
* Bachelors Degree is required
* Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
