Wolt is in a phase of rapid growth. Last year, we started expanding our delivery offering into new verticals with a variety of deliverable goods. Some of these verticals include groceries, merchandise, flowers, and toys, all referred to as "Retail". We are now looking for a Product Lead to join our Product Management organisation, working directly with one of our Retail engineering teams to build products for the future.
The Retail teams at Wolt work with several products and systems across both consumer and merchant domains. Were responsible for providing a world class retail shopping experience in our consumer apps, allowing our customers to easily discover, browse and buy products on Wolt. For our retail partners, we build products and tooling to help them onboarding smoothly, manage their assortment on Wolt and keep their in-store operations running efficiently.
As a Product Lead, you will work with a cross-functional team of design, engineering, data and analytics in a high visibility role. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap, prioritisation and setting the vision for one of our retail products domains. This is an IC role, which involves leading multiple projects and cross-team product initiatives across the entire product lifecycle, partnering with business and operational stakeholders to ensure Wolts Retail business grows successfully.
As a Product Lead, you will define and own fully your teams roadmap, measure performance, anticipate bottlenecks, make tradeoffs, and take acceptable risks to maximize the benefit for our customer and business. We expect you to have
plenty of similar experience from the product management, ideally from the retail domain
understanding and expertise what it takes to develop a great product
a mixture of analytical mindset, engineering understanding and business savvy with the go-getter attitude of a "could-be start-up CEO"
expertise how to work with and coach a cross-functional teams, at least with of developers and with engineering teams
This may sound like a very standard PL role, but rest assured, it's a lot more. The growth possibilities are endless as it comes with high ownership and responsibility.

The compensation is a combination of monthly pay and Wolt stock options. The latter make it exceptionally easy to be excited about our company growing and doing well, as you'll own a piece of the pie.
