Product Management – Sr. Manager

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Product Management – Sr. Manager (Sleepy Hollow, NY) to lead overall delivery for Workday HCM & associated boundary apps. Requires a Master’s degree in Comp Sci, Comp Info Systms, or rltd & 2 yrs of implementing & supporting complex HCM solutions in a large, matrixed enterprise, Workday HCM modules, & Workday Integrations (EIB, Connectors, Studio) exp. Must have exp with: Implementing & supporting Workday HCM apps; Boomi platform, MS BizTalk server– developing & supporting integrations; Workday Recruiting; Workday Composite Reports; Workday Compensation & Adv Compensation; Workday Extend apps – development & support; Workday Integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, & Workday Studio; BIRT layout for Adv Compensation Reporting; Helping to resolve integration issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday & Boomi solution; Managing 3rd party payroll systems using PECI& PICOF full stack integrations; Managing 3rd party benefit apps using Workday integrations; Leading external delivery teams (managed service provider); Working with Product teams to ensure that solutions are appropriately prioritized, implemented & transitioned efficiently to Delivery team; Working closely with the business & the Product Management team to effectively prioritize new features, enhancements, new releases for the Workday HCM solution & associated boundary apps; Working in an Agile delivery mode using Agile to manage delivery; & Managing apps using MS BizTalk server.
