This position is remote anywhere in the U.S., excluding: CO, KY, NY, NJ, OH, and PA.
Compensation range-90,000-110,000.00
Develops, implements and manages strategies to initiate, create, design and implement new products and keep BCBSAZs existing products competitive in the marketplace in order to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting membership and revenue growth. Ensures products are compliant with state and federal regulation. Creates and delivers product information to internal and external stakeholders, and serves as subject matter expert for product-related questions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Work Experience -Level III
Level 3: Four years of experience in business analysis, health insurance, product development, or in a role with demonstrated project management and analytical experience

High-School Diploma or GED in general field of study

Preferred Work Experience
Level 3: Six years of experience in product development, business analysis or project management with a health insurer

LEVEL 3 - Product Manager
Serve as product manager for Enterprise and Commercial Segment products
Develop multi-year strategies, priorities and roadmap for managed products
Drive and bring to market complex and critical initiatives with minimal oversight
Develop business cases for new products and initiatives
Manage and serve as business lead for product implementations
Create Go-to-Market and product launch strategies and coordinate implementation
Serve as point-of-contact for vendor solutions
Serve as product advocate, creating and presenting promotional messaging and education to internal and external stakeholders
Own and champion product ideation, including generating, developing, curating and promoting new ideas. Develop proposals for management approval.
Maintain top-level knowledge of competitive, health care delivery, distribution channel, consumer, and employer landscapes, identifying market opportunities and competitive gaps

Each progressive level includes the ability to perform the essential functions of any lower levels and mentor employees in those levels.
The position requires a full-time work schedule. Full-time is defined as working at least 40 hours per week, plus any additional hours as requested or as needed to meet business requirements.
