The Product Manager, Clinical Product will own the development of new care management / clinical products that drive improved health outcomes & savings for CKD & ESRD patients. These clinical / care management products will be focused on optimizing the whole patient experience while driving successful physician / provider performance in value-based or risk-based arrangements. The Product Manager, Clinical Product will do so through a focus on interventions & actions a physician can take to supplement & enhance the current care provided to their population. The Clinical Product Manager will also partner with the clinical team to establish clinical protocols that are followed across all of the CVS Kidney Care organization. Finally, this individual will be responsible for defining and measuring key performance indicators that meet desired clinical objectives and translate to savings.
Required Qualifications
5+ years in healthcare and/or product development experience
Preferred Qualifications
Boston metro or work from home allowed (Eastern US preferred).
Start-up experience.
Value-based contracting experience.
Experience working for prior population health or clinical / accountable care organizations.
Demonstrated agile product development experience.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple activities at once.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent teamwork skills and ability to collaborate in a highly matrixed environment.
Analytical and financial acumen- Demonstrated through development of business measurements, forecasting, or financial modeling.
Ability to provide vision to large teams to guide multi-month fast-paced projects, establish key milestones driven by market/enterprise need, and direct teams on how to approach key initiatives, including identifying relevant data sources and subject matter experts.
Education
Bachelor's degree required; master's degree / MBA preferred.
