Position Summary: The Product Manager will create, enhance, experiment, and optimize our digital marketplace and digital communication platforms. Youll be responsible for prioritization, communication, feature definition and regular agile rituals required to give our customers a state-of-the-art experience. You will own and drive the strategic agenda by partnering with a wide variety of business, technology, and design stakeholders to achieve our goals in an organized and timely manner.

• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
• Own the assigned product and serve as the Product Owner's role within the SCRUM process. Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers
• Own the product roadmap, ensure timely delivery, and provide business reasons for any changes / revisions made to expected features or delivery timelines
• Regularly prepare and present product roadmap, learnings, and strategic direction to team and stakeholders
• Engage with clients during feedback sessions and integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
• Understand Triumph's strategic and competitive position while delivering products that are recognized best in the industry
• Enhance efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
• Partner with sales, business, and strategy leadership to set and attain targets that affect Triumph's bottom-line
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions
• Serve as escalation point for customer issues related to product scope that require investigation and remediation
• Manage product launch as needed to ensure in-market outcomes are optimized and learned from
• Establish consensus and shared vision on project scope through conversations with business stakeholders and tech leads

• Bachelors degree in business, computer science or related field is required
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Product Management experience developing world-class applications
• Experience with agile implementation methodologies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and experience with collaborative application development platforms like Azure DevOps or JIRA
• Development or design experience a plus

The role demands a solid background in product management, experience in a fast paced environment, and lean product methodologies; ability to operate in a highly technical and data-oriented environment, and the ability to do user research and work collaboratively with executive-level partners. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong collaborative skills with an ability to effectively communicate with both technical teams and non-technical business users/leaders

• Ability to sift through details quickly and determine whats important
• Highly proficient with experimentation and launch of major features
• Experience working through ambiguity, challenging the status quo, and making tough and well-reasoned decisions
• Hungry to learn and teach the product innovation craft, including the methodologies, mindset, and tools needed to deliver customer value in innovative and delightful ways
