The Product Manager for Corporate Functions is the leader of technology teams supporting business partners in Finance, Accounting, HR, Audit, Risk, Compliance, etc. Responsible for effectively managing teams of Technology professionals and drive the teams toward producing value added results. With a customer centricity mindset, partner with senior business leaders to jointly create a product and strategy roadmap that advances the business goals and creates highest value. Responsibilities -1.Meet business goals - Products and solutions delivered by the team must meet the economic business goals jointly established by the business and technology teams 2.Customer Centricity and understanding customer needs - As the internal representative (Voice) of the customer, continually leverage market research and trends to be able to provide best customer value. 3.Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.4.Make prioritization calls with a goal of ensuring the team remains focused on highest value add activities5.Review and approve design, technical, and/or operational specifications developed by teams.6.Identify and initiate work process and tool improvements that lead to increased productivity.7.Define clear work goals in line with business goals and establish departmental priorities and expectations.8.Prepare annual department budget9.Review and approve design alternatives brought forth by teams.10.Liaise with senior management and provide reports/updates related to department performance as requested.

Requirements -* Bachelor's Degree in directly related field required; advanced degree strongly preferred.* 10+ years of complex software development experience, at least 5 of which were in a supervisory capacity.* Extensive knowledge of system development life cycle, client areas functions, and systems and applications program development alternatives.* 5+ years experience managing teams supporting two of more of the following functional areas - Finance, Accounting, HR, Audit, Compliance, Risk.* Excellent communication, leadership, management, and analytical skills.* Able to build successful relationships with all levels of staff and management.* Experience in product management lifecycle, background in Agile framework.
