The Product Manager, Risk Products conceptualizes, develops & launches products that are priced based on the reduced healthcare costs that they drive within a payor and providers CKD and/or ESRD population. The Product Manager, Risk Product identifies supporting innovative & patient-centric offerings that improve quality & reduce healthcare costs and prices them in a way that moves critical CKD & ESRD payor & providers towards a differentiated value-based financial arrangement. The Product Manager, Risk Products will partner closely with analytics, actuarial & financial resources across the CVS Kidney Care & CVSH enterprise to price & measure these value-based arrangements, as well as with other product teams to identify the optimal set of offerings that deliver value in the prevention & treatment of kidney disease. This individual will play a key role within the CVS Kidney Care team by setting business case targets and monitoring financial outcomes that are tied to savings once products are launched.

Required Qualifications
5+ years in healthcare and/or product development experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Boston metro or work from home allowed (Eastern US preferred).
Start-up experience.
Value-based contracting experience.
Experience working for prior population health or financial / risk-based / actuarial organizations.
Demonstrated Agile product development experience.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple activities at once.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent teamwork skills and ability to collaborate in a highly matrixed environment.
Analytical and financial acumen- Demonstrated through development of business measurements, forecasting, or financial modeling.
Ability to provide vision to large teams to guide multi-month fast-paced projects, establish key milestones driven by market/enterprise need, and direct teams on how to approach key initiatives, including identifying relevant data sources and subject matter experts.

Education
Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
