How Youll Make an Impact
Must be willing to work weekends and evening shifts; 4 days per week/10 hours per day. Operating hours are Monday - Friday: 7:30am to 10pm ; Saturday: 7:30am - 10pm & Sunday: 9 - 8pm.
Must have strong customer service skills. The Product Support Agent will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. They accept ownership for effectively answering customer inquiries regarding billing/fulfillment issues, product support, and experience complaint issues, while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. In the role, you would be responsible for:
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and chats in a timely manner regarding billing/fulfillment, product support, and service questions
- Identifying and addressing customers needs, clarifying information, researching every request and providing solutions and/or alternatives and issuing fulfillment as needed
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling customer inquiries and coordinating communications with VIOC field employees and Valvoline customers
- Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative score card metrics
- Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion
What Youll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year in a customer support role
Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
Customer focused and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Proficient with computers, mobile devices, and software applications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
