Job Description
Production AssociatesDiversified Sourcing Solutions is looking for a Production Associates to join the team!.Shift 5am - 3:30pm M-TH some Fridays OTPay $14.00-$15.00Essential Functions of PositionPre-finish building materials, assemble doors , forklift operationPrep materials based on building requirementsManufacture all necessary parts and assembleRecord daily totals of material produced and turn in to Production SchedulerMaintain materials in correct designated locationsMaintain the working area and practice safe work guidelines.Assist in door repairs, maintenance and organizing warehouse areasInspect all equipment (including forklifts, electric lifts and pallet jacks) daily for any malfunctionsPersonal Essential Functions of PositionMaintain a high level of cooperation and friendliness toward customers, vendors and co-workersAssure that work behavior is consistent with company policiesMaintain a neat and clean personal appearance consistent with established dress codeAssist other personnel when needed or instructed by Production Supervisor or ManagementUse time productivelyBe flexible to cross train and adjust hours as customer needs demand

Prep materials based on building requirements Manufacture all necessary parts and assemble Record daily totals of material produced and turn in to Production Scheduler
Maintain materials in correct designated locations Maintain the working area and practice safe work guidelines.
Assist in door repairs, maintenance and organizing warehouse areas Inspect all equipment (including forklifts, electric lifts and pallet jacks) daily for any malfunctions
Personal Essential Functions of Position
Maintain a high level of cooperation and friendliness toward customers, vendors and co-workers Assure that work behavior is consistent with company policies
Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance consistent with established dress code
Assist other personnel when needed or instructed by Production Supervisor or Management
Use time productively
Be flexible to cross train and adjust hours as customer needs demand
Education/ Experience
High School Diploma/GED Specialized knowledge of equipment used could include: Types of equipment may include various saws; sanders; air exchange, hoses and tools; power tools; hand tools; packaging equipment; and hydraulic lifting equipment (forklifts, electric jacks, etc.)
Skills & Experience
Capable of completing forklift certification (company will provide) Knowledge of painting and staining steel, fiber classic and wood materials
Knowledge of building materials and carpenter skills
Other characteristics such as personal characteristics
Capable of handling stress related to time-sensitive job responsibilities while remaining civil/positive Capable of remaining flexible when required hours and responsibilities temporarily change Possess a valid drivers license
Must be clear of felonies in the last 7 years and pass a criminal background check, Drug testing required
