TITLE: Production Coordinator

DEPARTMENT: Donor Recruitment

Reporting to the Donor Recruitment Operations Manager, this position is responsible for supporting donor and donor group programs to ensure the delivery of positive donor experiences. Acting in a supportive role, the Production Coordinator will ensure departmental commitments are delivered successfully.

In this role, youll:

  • Support departmental projects as directed by Donor Recruitment Management. Projects include but are not limited to High School Workshop, Blood Center tours, and CP conferences.
  • Support Donor Recruitment operations to enhance internal and external customer service experiences.
  • Assist with promotional donor incentives including the distribution and fulfillment of promotional items.
  • Reconcile returned incentive items and mail any run-out items to donors promptly to reduce turnaround time for runouts.
  • Perform Donor Recruitment Support activities including but not limited to producing, packing, shipping print materials, and answering phones.
  • Ensures promotional and educational materials are continuously updated for new, accurate, and relevant content.
  • Responsible for tracking and reconciliation of departmental assets and devices.
  • Adhere to department guidelines, rules, regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Master comprehensive understanding of Blood Center programs to answer donor questions with all donor groups and provide the necessary information.
  • Performs finger pricks for ABO Blood Typing at High School events.
  • Act as backup to the Support Team when needed.

We need someone who has:

Associate degree or certificate from an accredited technical school in a related field; minimum of one year experience in administrative or production support, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
