Production Lead
Job Description
The Production Lead is responsible for assisting the Production Supervisor in the direct oversight, supervision, training, development, and support of production and material handling employees. The Converting lead duties are mostly hands-on and direct in nature and require that substantial time be spent on the plant floor working closely and directly with all shift employees. They will set the example and be directly responsible for improving Safety, Quality, Teamwork, Performance and achieving all production goals.

Converting lead works 12 hour rotating shifts. 7am - 7pm for a month, then 7pm - 7am for a month and so forth.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of successful manufacturing experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the willingness and ability to learn new systems.
* Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
* Ability to work independently with minimum supervision to complete job tasks.
* Resourceful problem solver with proven ability to bring quick resolution to challenging situations.
* Team player with ability to build lasting productive business relationships with hourly employees, management, and peers.
* Ability to effectively communicate information both verbally and in writing.
* Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees, customers, or suppliers.
