Production Manager

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is partnering with an automotive engineering company in the Montgomery, AL area looking for a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor in Montgomery, AL.

2nd shift - 4:00pm to 12:30am

Starting pay $19.00

About the role
Responsible for leading, planning, organizing, and directing all daily production/warehouse related
activities.

Responsibilities
Provide feedback on employee work performance.
Prepares reports and updates for upper management.
Ability to investigate problems and strategize for better solutions.
Ensures team members understand all warehouse operations and safety regulations.
Assist team members with warehouse procedures that account for product flow and
inventory management.
Provides leadership and motivation to attain high levels of team member achievement.
Essential Skills
Bachelors degree preferred, not required.
2 to 3 years related experience or equivalent.
Prior experience in automotive.
Good time-management skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in leading teams.
Communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills
Understand and respond to a diverse population.
Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver.
Relevant training/certification in production or any related field.
