Job Description Summary

The Production Manager will responsible to mentor, train and oversee the local LC Team in order to strengthen the local team. Ensuring the team is efficiently and accurately originating mortgage business while providing the best service and mortgage products for the clients. The employee must be detailed, organized, responsive, thorough and creative. All applicable State and Federal licensing requirements must be met.

It will be the responsibility of the Production Branch Manager to appropriately allocate incoming sales from the division across the LC Team. Branch Manager and its LC team should originate loans in accordance to company policies and procedures and in accordance with HUD/FNMA/FHLMC/VA guidelines as necessary to volume. The employee and its team must service the builder using finance as a sales tool, quality origination procedures, and salesmanship. The primary goal of this position is to obtain the highest capture of builder sales volume while meeting all other company goals set forth in this agreement.

Job Details

We trust that as a Production Manager you will: (responsibilities)

  • Originate loans to company policies, procedures and HUD/FNMA/FHLMC/VA guidelines
  • Produce at an elite level in terms of quality, customer satisfaction and volume while ensuring daily activities adhere to all policies and procedures, the best interest of TMHF and our customers
  • Abide by, and train to goals set by company regarding Success Rate, Customer Satisfaction and Pricing Structure
  • Appropriately allocate pre-qualifications across the Production Manager Team
  • Work with core processing and underwriting teams on loan restructures and solutions
  • Train and coach the local Production Manager s to work within product offerings and pricing structure to maintain company revenue expectations; working with Production Manager s on rate negotiations and price exceptions
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with division management, employees and sales team
  • Promote seamless communication between Mortgage Consultants and Production Managers
  • Report numbers as needed and/or required to management
  • Assure accuracy of self and team in all areas of compliance
  • Set proper expectations with division regarding mortgage process, time frames and status of loan application/closing
  • Attend with local Mortgage Consultant, if applicable, builder backlog meetings to provide thorough loan pipeline status information
  • Meet with customers face to face as needed
  • Work with Mortgage Consultant to recapture outside business
  • Schedule, monitor and ensure local Production Manager s and Mortgage Consultant are meeting responsibilities
  • Attend division and community meetings and events as necessary
  • Work with division management and marketing for selling tools and marketing ideas
  • Perform quarterly GIFT reviews and goal setting with local Production Manager s and Mortgage Consultant
  • Willing to perform other duties as assigned

FLSA Status: Exempt

Will have responsibilities such as:

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
  • The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
